The property is a 2 story building. Upper Loft is on the 2nd floor (2 story walk up with no elevator). Listed nightly base price is for up to 2 adult guests. For additional guests there is a $15 per night per guest charge up to max of 6 adult guests. List all guests when you book and update guest numbers if they change. NO HOUSE PARTIES OR EVENTS. QUIET TIME AT 10 PM. Please be respectful of guests that may be downstairs as well as the neighbors that live in the residential building in the rear and do not make loud noises after 10 PM. Each bedroom has its own LED TV and there is a large LED TV in the family room. You can stream Netflix, HBO, HULU, Amazon and more (please note we do not provide streaming accounts, you will be required to use your own). Treat the place as if it were your own and enjoy! We offer basics like ground coffee from a local coffee shop and an electric drip coffee maker and coffee filters; salt and pepper and cooking oil.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not as clean as expected, and the staff seemed indifferent to our needs. It felt like the property was poorly maintained.
